Robert (Bob) Lawrence, MA, CPA, CMA, CIA, CFE, CCEP, CCSA has a strong background in internal audit, compliance, and financial management. Robert (Bob) Lawrence holds an impressive education history in various fields. Robert (Bob) obtained a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Calgary in 1988 and later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Musicology from the same institution between 1988 and 1991. In 1996 and 1997, Lawrence received a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). Continuing their education, they obtained a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from CMA Alberta in 2003.
Lawrence's commitment to professional development is demonstrated through their numerous certifications. Robert (Bob) earned the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation from the Institute of Internal Auditors in 2006 and the Certification in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA) in 2009. In 2010, Lawrence became a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
