Anil Shakya

Anil Shakya is a seasoned photojournalist with extensive experience in the field of photography and journalism. Currently serving as a Contributor Photojournalist at Alamy since April 2021, Anil previously held the position of Senior Photojournalist at The New Indian Express from March 2020 to July 2020. Anil's career includes significant roles as a Photographer at India Legal (February 2014 - July 2020), Sakalbela (September 2011 - April 2013), and Viraat Vaibhav Hindi Daily (July 2008 - February 2011), as well as a Freelance Photographer for The Statesman (February 2011 - September 2011). Anil holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Environment and Sustainable Development from Indira Gandhi National Open University, earned between 2019 and 2021.
