Deborah Rippol

Deborah Rippol is currently the head of talent at Alan. Deborah has also worked as a mum-to-be consultant and in various other HR positions. Deborah has a wide range of interests when it comes to HR, including supporting rapid team growth, scaling hiring processes, building a talent and people team from the ground up, improving candidate experience, scaling newcomer onboarding, diversity and inclusion strategies, company culture and values, organizational structures and work methods.

Deborah Rippol has a Master of Laws from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II), a Master from TBS Education, and a Bachelor from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. Deborah also has a BA Bachelor from University of the West of Scotland and a DUT from University of Montpellier.

Deborah Rippol reports to Jean-Charles Samuelian, Co-founder and CEO. and Corentin Trosseille - Technical Recruiter reports to Deborah Rippol. They work with Camilo Álvarez - Sales Director, Spain, Lucie Leflour - Sales, and Guillaume Généro - Engineer.
