Elina Lindroos

Elina Lindroos is a Sustainability Specialist at Ålandsbanken Abp, focusing on sustainability initiatives in credit and finance within the newly established Group Sustainability department. With extensive experience, Elina has served in various roles, including Project Manager and Business Developer at Högskolan på Åland, where leadership of the Gear Up project was integral, as well as Marketing and Communications Manager at Ålands Sjöräddningssällskap R.F. Elina’s background includes board positions at Lokalkraft Leader Åland r.f. and Åland Turist Map Ab, alongside project management roles aimed at promoting environmental awareness and business development. Elina holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a focus on rural development from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.
