Marie Bérengère Devulder Salmon has a diverse and extensive work experience. Marie Bérengère is currently the Founder & CEO of Alanna, a company focused on changing the way people deal with loss and providing support worldwide. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager France at Bloom & Wild from 2019 to 2020. From 2017 to 2019, Marie held the position of Digital & CRM Director at JULES, where they led the digital transformation, managed a team, and achieved significant growth.

Before that, Marie was the Country Manager France at MADE.COM from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for P&L and business development initiatives. Marie Bérengère also worked as a Senior Digital Consultant at B.D.C (Business Development Consultants) in 2015. Prior to that, Marie held various roles at La Redoute, including Head of E-COMMERCE Fashion and shoes from 2012 to 2015, Head of Marketing from 2008 to 2011, and Marketing & E-COMMERCE Manager from 2002 to 2008, where they were responsible for marketing strategies, budget management, and team leadership.

Marie also gained experience as a Visiting Professor in the Master Degree program at IÉSEG School of Management from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Bernard SA from 1998 to 2002 and as a Marketing Project Manager at Printemps from 1996 to 1998.

Marie Bérengère Devulder Salmon attended Notre Dame de la Paix from 1980 to 1991, where they obtained their A Levels in Mathématiques. Following this, they enrolled at IUT de Roubaix from 1991 to 1993, earning a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Commercial and Advertising Art. From 1993 to 1996, Marie pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing/Marketing Management, E-commerce at IAE Lille.
