Ruslan Sabirov

Ruslan Sabirov began their work experience as a Back End Developer at Work Solutions in August 2014. Ruslan started as a junior developer and faced various challenges within the first two years. Through perseverance and dedication, Ruslan witnessed significant professional growth during their tenure. Their responsibilities included software development, application architecture design, domain design, and the deployment of infrastructure for projects. Ruslan also conducted code reviews, technical interviews, and provided mentorship to junior developers. Ruslan was a team lead and contributed to the company's development strategies. Additionally, they initiated and led a club within the company where developers could share their experiences and give presentations. Some of their notable projects included a line personnel continuous recruitment service and a financial reporting documents recognition service. In April 2021, Ruslan Sabirov joined alao AG as a Software Engineering Lead and Software Architect.

Ruslan Sabirov attended the South Russian State Technical University (Novocherkassk Polytechnic Institute) from 2008 to 2014, where they obtained a Software Engineering Diploma with a focus on software development.

In addition to their formal education, Ruslan Sabirov has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the Python Developer Professional certification from OTUS Online Education. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Database Management System from the same institution.

In 2020, Ruslan Sabirov completed the Teamlead 2.0 certification from OTUS Online Education and also became a Software Architect through their program.

Currently, Ruslan Sabirov is pursuing further certifications. Ruslan is currently in progress for the Golang Developer Professional certification, which they started in 2021. Ruslan is also pursuing the Enterprise Architect certification, which they started in 2022 at OTUS Online Education.
