Renad Al Ghofaili has held various positions in different companies. In 2018, they worked as an Accounting Trainee at Saudi Customs from December 2018 to March 2019. From February 2020 to September 2021, they worked at United Purity Pharmaceutical Co as an Administrative staff member, where they managed the company's accounts, dealt with payment requests, conducted interviews, and coordinated interdepartmental communication. From August 2021 to February 2022, they served as a Treasury Accountant at United Purity Pharmaceutical Co, monitoring the treasury's movement and recording its restrictions. From February 2022 to June 2022, they worked as a Treasury Accountant at Mothmerat Group, monitoring the movement of the treasury, recording payments, and disbursement after approval. Currently, they work as a General Accountant at Alaqtar Real Estate Development Company, where they are responsible for reviewing invoices, recording accrued invoices, preparing payments, and preparing VAT reports.

Renad Al Ghofaili completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University from 2014 to 2019. In addition, they obtained several certifications including "Banking basics" from Riyad Bank in November 2018, "Future Pathways" from Misk Foundation in November 2017, "ARMCO Discussion" from Aramco in February 2016, and "Digital Transformation" from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University in February 2019.
