Hayyan Jubeh

Hayyan Jubeh is a seasoned senior broadcast journalist at BBC News since August 2019 and concurrently serves as a freelance broadcasting journalist for Alaraby TV Network since December 2014. Jubeh has extensive experience in production, having directed and produced programs such as "Almawhooboon Fil Adrh" and "Aseer Alkutob," while also overseeing the production of various other shows. Previous roles include reporting at Abu Dhabi TV from January 2001 to March 2004, and documentary direction, production, and reporting at MBC Network from February 1993 to May 2000. Academia includes a PhD in Filmmaking Research by Practice (2013-2016) and a Master of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies (2010-2011) from Kingston University, as well as early education at an Islamic orphanage school from 1969 to 1980.
