Lale Ergin

Lale Ergin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic management and corporate governance. As Co-Founder and CEO of ESA Esports since May 2020, Lale also serves as a Board Member for multiple organizations, including Turcas Petrol A.Ş., Alarko Holding, Mondi Group, and Logo Yazılım. Lale's previous role as an Executive Committee Member at Borusan Holding spanned over two decades, where responsibilities included strategic oversight of various subsidiaries. With a strong academic foundation in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University and an MBA from Koç University, Lale has effectively driven strategic planning and business development initiatives throughout their career.
