Allan D. is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in the gaming and technology industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Alarm.com since June 2025, Allan previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Bethesda Softworks from January 2022 to June 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering for Bethesda.Net and managing multiple technical programs. Prior roles include Director of Software Engineering at Capital One and a range of positions at Blizzard Entertainment focused on content and engagement platforms. Allan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of West Florida, obtained in January 1999.
