Rick Jetton

Rick Jetton is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in cloud operations and IT service management. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Operations Support Manager at Alarm.com since October 2017, Rick manages a team of over 20 employees across multiple locations and has implemented key Incident and Problem Management processes. Previously, Rick held various roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc., including Sr. IT Service Management Analyst and Supervisor of the Operations Command Center, where responsibilities included overseeing incident management processes and ensuring system stability for a vast network. Rick's early career included a position as an IT Consultant at Getronics, building foundational technical expertise. Rick holds degrees in Computer Technology and Information Technology from ECPI University.
