Jeanée Vilja

Jeanée Vilja is a seasoned design professional with a strong background in product design and user experience, currently serving as Senior Product Design Lead at Alaska Airlines since August 2020, where responsibilities include designing a new web application to replace a 27-year-old legacy system for operational users. Prior experience at Alaska Airlines as Product Design Lead involved creating streamlined internal tools for employee travel administration. Previous roles include Industrial Design Graduate Assistant at Philadelphia University, where Jeanée supported student training and event planning, and positions at Comcast, Verizon, and Raha-automaattiyhdistys, focusing on product design and user interface development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Industrial Design from Philadelphia University, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Design from Western Washington University and an Associate’s Degree from Pacific Lutheran University. Additionally, Jeanée participated in a study abroad program at the University of Otago, focusing on Graphic Design and Industrial Design.
