Jennifer Keller

Jennifer Keller has over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, demonstrated through various leadership roles at Alaska Airlines from January 2007 to July 2021, including Managing Director of Talent Acquisition and Director of Human Resources. Prior to Alaska Airlines, Jennifer served as an Administrator/Benefits Specialist at Horizon Air from January 2001 to January 2007. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict.
