Will McQuillen

Will McQuillen has extensive experience in aviation and pilot advocacy. Currently serving as the Alaska MEC Chairman for the Air Line Pilots Association since December 2018, McQuillen represents over 3,000 Alaska Airlines pilots. McQuillen has been employed at Alaska Airlines since June 2006 as a Captain on the 737 and is involved in pilot recruitment. Previous roles within the ALPA include serving as Vice Chairman and Secretary Treasurer of the Alaska MEC, where responsibilities included budget oversight and committee management. McQuillen's earlier career includes positions as Captain at SkyWest Airlines, Chief Pilot at Seattle Jet Services, First Officer at United Airlines, and Check Airman at Horizon Air. McQuillen holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Washington.
