Thelma Sipin

Thelma Sipin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Thelma began their career in 2002 as a Proof Operator at Jack Henry & Associates. After that, they worked as an Imaging Clerk II at First National Bank of Alaska from 2005 to 2008. Thelma then took on the role of Administrative Assistant (Part-time) at Jewel Lake Parish from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they joined EZ-Access as an Accounts Receivable employee. Thelma worked there until 2009 and then moved on to ResCare, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant from 2010 to 2011.

Thelma'smost recent and longest tenure was at Alaska Communications, where they held multiple positions over the years. Thelma started as a Human Resources Associate in 2011 and transitioned to the role of Senior Human Resources Associate from January to May 2013. Thelma then became a Compensation and Benefits Associate from May 2013 to June 2014. Thelma continued to advance their career within the company and held the position of Compensation and Benefits Analyst from June 2014 to July 2015. From July 2015 to April 2017, they worked as a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst. Finally, Thelma served as an Administrator focusing on Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS from May 2017 onwards.

Thelma Sipin completed their high school education at Pines Montessori School in 2001, where they obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies. Thelma later pursued higher education at Charter College and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Technology in 2011. In addition, Thelma Sipin received a certification in MOS: Microsoft Office Word 2007 from Microsoft in April 2010.
