Ann Bollone has over 30 years of experience in various human resources leadership roles. Ann most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium. Prior to that, they worked at Bon Secours Mercy Health, where they held the position of Vice President Human Resources Strategic Partner, leading a transformation initiative to create an innovative HR system. Ann also worked at Indiana University Health as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they led the implementation of an ERP upgrade and spearheaded HR policy consolidation and workflow improvements. Before that, they held leadership positions at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, Northern Arizona Healthcare, and St. Anthony's Medical Center. Ann Bollone obtained a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University between 1981 and 1983. Later, from 1985 to 1990, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern Illinois University.
