Oscar Maan Singh Pradhan

Oscar Maan Singh Pradhan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in employee engagement, brand promotion, and client relationship management. Currently serving as an Employee Engagement Specialist at Alaya since December 2017, Oscar has also held roles as a Peoples & Culture Assistant and a Loan Processing & Customer Relationship Specialist. Previously, Oscar worked at Kantipur Media Group from December 2016 to July 2017 as a Senior Brand Executive, where major accomplishments included organizing large events and launching the company's first website for the Kantipur Hero Half Marathon. Prior experience includes a role as a Client Relationship Executive at Nepal Republic Media (P) Ltd. from August 2013 to August 2015, where Oscar led initiatives such as the launch of the NRM Privilege Card and introduced new content in the English national daily.
