Alicia Sales has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Alicia is currently working at AlayaCare as the Sr Director of Customer Experience since October 2023. Before that, they worked at Resolver, a Kroll Business, as the Head of CorpSec Enterprise Consulting Services starting in May 2022. Alicia also has experience at TouchBistro as the Director of Professional Services from April 2018 to May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Achievers, where they held various roles including Senior Manager of Technical Support, Manager of Support Services, Team Lead of Member Experience, Senior Member Experience Coordinator, and Member Experience Coordinator from 2011 to 2018. Alicia also worked as Front Line Staff at the Murray McKinnon Foundation from January 2011 to October 2011 and as an Office Admin at Red Canoe - National Heritage Brands from May 2006 to 2011.
Alicia Sales completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Ryerson University, which they earned from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Sir Sandford Fleming College from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Social Service Worker. In their earlier years, they also attended Sir Sandford Fleming College from 2001 to 2004, where they studied Massage Therapy in the field of social services.
