Chris McConnell

Chris McConnell has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Chris began their career as a Help Desk Analyst at Dollar Financial Money Mart in 2007. Chris then moved to Procura in 2009, starting as a Technical Support Analyst before progressing to the roles of Technical Services Lead and ultimately Technical Services Manager. In 2014, Chris joined Complia Health as a Technical Services Manager, where they later became the Director of Technical Services. In 2020, they transitioned to AlayaCare, taking on the role of Director, Technical Services before being promoted to SRE Principal in December 2021.

Chris McConnell graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Victoria in 2007.
