Valérie-Kim Brassard, CRHA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Before that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ALDO Group, sourcing and hiring candidates for head office roles. Valérie-Kim also has experience as a Talent Agent (Technical Recruiter) at 3pod Agency, where they focused on recruitment for specialized industries such as gaming and digital media. Valérie-Kim has additional work experience in marketing and project coordination roles at organizations such as Cirque du Soleil, Advantage Sport, ONE DROP, and L'incubateur.

Valérie-Kim Brassard, CRHA completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Marketing from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a College Degree in Graphic Design from Cégep Marie-Victorin from 2002 to 2005. In 2019, Valérie-Kim Brassard obtained the certification of "Conseillère en ressources humaines agréée" from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. Additionally, they received certifications in Citizen Data Scientist Level I and Level II from the Advanced Analytics and Research Lab in 2018.
