Jeffrey Rivera has worked in various roles over the past 19 years. Jeffrey began their career in 2001 as a Senior QA Engineer for Jupiter Systems Inc. In 2004, they moved to Microsoft Dynamics - Sykes Asia, where they worked as a Technical Support Engineer. In 2007, they became a QC Analyst II at Deltek. Most recently, they have been employed as a QA & Support Manager at Alba Spectrum Corporation since 2008.

Jeffrey Rivera obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University between 1996 and 2000.
