Oleksii Kosenko

Oleksii Kosenko is currently a Senior Customer Success Manager at Albacross. Prior to this, they were an Enterprise Account Manager at Cisco, where they were responsible for managing a broad range of stakeholders and overseeing the end-to-end deal and order life-cycle. Oleksii also has experience in quality assurance testing, UX testing, and customer experience testing from their time at Testbirds. Oleksii has a proven track record in successfully managing complex projects and has demonstrated their ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Oleksii Kosenko has a PhD in Literature from Universidade do Algarve, a Master's in Human and Social Sciences from Universidade do Algarve, a degree in Modern Greek Language and Literature from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and a Master's in English Language and Literature from Taurida 'V. I. Vernadskiy' National University. Oleksii also has certifications in digital marketing from Hyper Island, HubSpot, Google Digital Academy (Skillshop), and FutureLearn.
