Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in business and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. In addition, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
