Tapas Paul

Tapas Paul has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and management. Tapas started their career at MT Educare Limited, where they worked as an Academic Head from April 2016 to March 2017, and then as a Center Head from April 2017 to March 2020.

Tapas then joined Vedantu in August 2020 and took on various roles. Tapas first worked as an Operations Team Lead, where they were responsible for task allocation, monitoring performance, and improving processes. Later, they became an Assistant Operations Manager and was in charge of managing team efficiency, hiring and training new talents, and achieving team targets.

Their last role at Vedantu was Operations Manager, where they focused on optimizing operational efficiency, driving performance metrics, and planning rosters for seamless execution.

Currently, Tapas is working at Albanero as the Head of People and Culture, starting from March 2023.

Tapas Paul completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai between 2009 and 2012.
