Mr. Jinoy is a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University-India, an Associate member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators-United Kingdom, Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolutions from The CIArb-UK, an Executive MBA with Dual Specialisation in Oil & Gas and Environmental management from NIBM- India, PG Diploma in Management from IGNOU- India and a Certificate in Initiating & Planning Projects from University of California, Irvine-USA.

He has over 25 years Multi-disciplinary experience in regional oil & gas, process & Construction industry in large scale projects with various degrees of complexity. He also has End-to-End Contract Management experience with a proven record in successfully managing, complete and deliver critical construction projects on time and on budget.

He has excellent knowledge of numerous forms of Contracts (FIDIC, NEC, Bespoke). He also possesses a strong commercial acumen and is experienced in nurturing relationships with existing clients and to explore and develop new partnerships, Consortium, JVs, MOUs, and other business opportunities worldwide.

His Particular skills include excellent problem solving analytical skills, Stake Holder management skills, contractual analysis and arguments, producing detailed and concise report documents, claim review and analysis, writing delay and cost claim narrative, contractual advice, strategic advice, final account negotiations and settlement.
