Jessica DeJesus

Jessica DeJesus has been employed with Albany Community Action Partnership (ACAP) since 1998 and is currently the Director for Community & Career Services. Jessica has over 25 years working with nonprofits and specializes in community building & program planning. Jessica is also a graduate of the University at Albany Social Welfare Program as well as a field supervisor for SUNY Albany’s Social Welfare Program, HVCC Human Services department and 2 other local colleges. As a certified Family development credential instructor Jessica embraces the strength based model and has a passion is in knowing that her day to day work benefits not only individuals and families but the community as a whole.
