Michael Lalli

Michael Lalli is the Director of Civil Service at Albany County, NY, where Michael manages activities related to position classification, examinations, eligible list management, and payroll certifications. Michael also researches, develops, and implements new personnel programs and procedures. In addition, Michael serves as a Policy Analyst, researching, developing, and implementing new policies and programs for Albany County. Michael previously served in the United States Marine Corps as a LAV Section Leader and CAAT Section Leader. Michael holds a Master of Public Administration degree from The State University of New York and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Salve Regina University.
