Thaddeus Austin

Thaddeus Austin, MBA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Thaddeus started their career in 2006 at Milton Hershey School as a Supervisor, Transportation, where they were responsible for overseeing the transportation department and staff development. In 2013, they joined UPS as a Dispatcher, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing routes for feeder drivers. In 2016, Thaddeus joined Albany Industries Inc, initially as a Customer Service/HR Assistant/Sales Representative, providing customer service and sales support. Thaddeus then advanced to the position of HR Manager and Assistant Director of Human Resources, where they played a key role in managing human resources functions.

Thaddeus Austin, MBA, completed their education from 2001 to 2009. Thaddeus first attended Central Penn College from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies. Following this, they pursued further education at Strayer University from 2004 to 2009, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a field of study in Human Resources Management and Services.
