John Tedone

John (Jay) Tedone, CPA, MBA has a wealth of experience in the finance and accounting field. John (Jay) is currently serving as the Vice President - Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Albany International Corp. Prior to this role, they held the position of Chief Accounting Officer at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. from February 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc., Tedone served as the Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Lydall, Inc. from May 2020 to January 2022. John (Jay) also spent a significant amount of time at Kaman Corporation, where they held the roles of Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer from April 2007 to May 2020, as well as Vice President Internal Audit from November 2004 to April 2007.

Before joining Kaman Corporation, Tedone worked at Diageo, where they served as the Director of Finance from December 2002 to October 2004, Director of Finance, Operations from May 2000 to December 2002, and Manager of Accounting & Financial Reporting, Operations from December 1998 to May 2000.

Their earlier career includes positions at United Technologies as a Senior Internal Auditor from January 1997 to December 1998, and at KPMG as a Supervising Senior Auditor from November 1993 to January 1997.

Tedone began their career at CFL, Inc. as a Controller from December 1991 to November 1993.

John (Jay) Tedone, CPA, MBA received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University in 1990. John (Jay) then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2015. In addition to their educational background, John also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Connecticut State Board of Accountancy, obtained in 2007. John (Jay) has also completed training in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
