Philomena Pitts

Philomena Pitts, MBA has a diverse work experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Philomena currently holds the position of Sr. Global Director of Compensation & Benefits at Albany International Corp since June 2019. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Compensation Benefits and Sr. Manager of Compensation and Benefits at the same company. In these roles, they were responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing programs to determine competitive pay and managing all active and retiree benefit plans.

Before joining Albany International Corp, Philomena worked at CommSoft as an Accounting Associate from June 1998 to August 2000.

Philomena Pitts, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Siena College, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
