Laila Maria Pietikäinen is an experienced tourism professional with extensive expertise in guiding and managing tours. Currently serving as a Tour Leader at Albatros Travel since November 2022, Laila has also been a Helsinki Guide and entrepreneur in tourism since March 2017 with Helsinkiopas LP. In addition, Laila works as a Destination Manager and Tour Leader for Abercrombie & Kent USA, focusing on "The Northern Lights" tours in Finnish Lapland.
