Chris Pettingill

Chris Pettingill is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in software development and backend engineering, primarily working in roles that encompass advising, architecture, business and technical requirements analysis, development, and customer support since April 2000. Currently serving as an elected municipal councillor for the District of Squamish and a director for the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District, Chris also held positions as a senior backend engineer at both trnd.io and Penny AI. Earlier experience includes consultancy at Sierra Wireless, where Chris developed an ETL solution, and a role as a developer/analyst at Rise Inc. specializing in community health software. Chris Pettingill holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from McMaster University, completed in 1997.
