Joe Mares

Joe Mares currently serves as the Director of Global New Product Development at Albaugh, LLC, a position held since March 2017, where responsibilities include providing technical leadership for global projects and collaborating with regional teams. Prior experience includes roles at DuPont Crop Protection as North America Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Manager for US Crop Protection, where strategic product management and development were key focuses. Additional experience includes managing product development at FMC and leading various roles at Griffin LLC, where achievements in managing agricultural insecticide portfolios and regulatory affairs were noted. Joe Mares began a career in technical roles with experience in pesticide formulations at Boyle Midway and biological evaluations at Mobay Corporation. Joe Mares holds a Master of Science in Entomology from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from James Madison University.
