Ross J. Holden

Ross J. Holden is a legal professional with extensive experience in educational and construction sectors. Currently serving as Counsel to the School Board at Albemarle County Public Schools since September 2018, Ross previously held the position of Executive Vice President & General Counsel at the New York City School Construction Authority from 1998 to September 2018. Prior to this role, Ross was Associate General Counsel at Ebasco Services Incorporated from January 1984 to May 1998, and began a legal career as an Associate at McCarter & English, LLP from 1978 to 1983. Ross J. Holden earned a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1978 and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia in 1975.
