Jason Inofuentes

Jason Inofuentes is a professional with diverse experience encompassing program management, writing, and emergency medical services. Currently serving as the Broadband Program Manager at Albemarle County since September 2021, Jason focuses on developing and managing programs to enhance internet accessibility and affordability for all residents, supported by demographic and statistical analysis for informed policy decisions. Prior to this role, Jason held various positions in technology journalism, including writer at The Wirecutter and technology reporter at Ars Technica, as well as a contributor at AnandTech, Inc. Jason's earlier career in emergency medical services included serving as a medic and crew captain in volunteer and municipal settings, alongside an internship at National Geographic Television International. Jason holds a Master's degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from The University of Virginia and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Virginia.
