Trevor Henry possesses extensive leadership experience in public administration and project management, demonstrated through various roles in Albemarle County since January 2009, including Deputy County Executive and Director of both the Facilities and Environmental Services Department and the Office of Facilities Development. Trevor has successfully led initiatives related to capital improvement projects and change management, managing substantial budgets and overseeing diverse project teams. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Development at Stonehaus, Senior Program Manager at Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine, and project management roles in collaboration with NASA and the U.S. Navy. Educational qualifications include a BS in Physics from Susquehanna University and certificates in Organizational Leadership and Public Service from the ICMA High Performance Leadership Academy and the University of Virginia, respectively.
