Ákos Lengyel

Ákos Lengyel has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles across various companies. Ákos started their career at Fundamenta-Lakáskassza as a Customer Sales Representative before moving on to Semmelweis Innovations as a Junior Project Manager. Ákos then joined ING as a Sales Representative.

In 2009, Ákos joined IBM as a Financial Pre-Payment Auditor and later took on roles as a Finance & Planning Analyst Coordinator, Site Operations Manager, and Finance Manager and Department Operations Team Leader.

In 2015, Ákos joined Ericsson as a Lead Regional Finance & Planning Analyst. Ákos then transitioned to Albemarle Corporation in 2017 where they held the positions of Global Analytics Manager and Senior Finance & Accounting Manager, Site Finance Lead.

Throughout their career, Ákos has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and team management. Ákos has also been involved in process improvement, cost control, and stakeholder management.

Ákos Lengyel has a Bachelor's Degree in International Management and Business from Budapest Business University. Ákos also holds a degree in Finance and Accountancy, specializing as a Chartered Accountant from the University of Applied Sciences. In addition, they have obtained certifications as an Associate Value Specialist from Save International and as a Certified Total Quality & LEAN Management Specialist from TÜV Rheinland/Budapest Business School.
