Deric V. Kraxberger is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in project management and operational readiness across various industries, including defense and energy. At Albemarle Corporation, since April 2019, Deric serves as the Operational Readiness Leader for the Richburg MegaFlex Lithium Hydroxide Conversion Plant, developing an operational readiness program for the transitioning capital project.
