Deric V. Kraxberger

Deric V. Kraxberger is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in project management and operational readiness across various industries, including defense and energy. At Albemarle Corporation, since April 2019, Deric serves as the Operational Readiness Leader for the Richburg MegaFlex Lithium Hydroxide Conversion Plant, developing an operational readiness program for the transitioning capital project. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Operational Plans and Programs at Albemarle, Project Manager at Hearst Technology, and Senior Project Manager at Pteris Global, where Deric successfully led the design and installation of a significant baggage handling system at Louis Armstrong International Airport. Deric's military career in the United States Air Force includes positions such as Deputy Chief of Force Generation and Chief of Air Force Programs at EUCOM, showcasing expertise in global force management and international defense collaborations. Deric holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University, complemented by advanced military education.
