Mike Lacy

Mike Lacy has extensive work experience in the field of piping design and project management. Mike is currently working as the Lead Piping Design Engineer at Albemarle Corporation since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Piping Design Technical Advisor and Project Lead at Lacy & Associates from October 2022 to December 2022. Before that, they were a Piping Designer at S & B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd. from May 2022 to October 2022. Mike also has experience as a Residential General Contractor at Lacy & Associates from December 2021 to May 2022. In addition, they worked as a Project Manager - Mechanical at LyondellBasell from August 2021 to December 2021 and as a Staff Piping Design Lead at BASF from April 2013 to August 2021. Mike started their career as a Piping Design Supervisor at CDI/Jacobs/ENGlobal at Sasol in October 1995 and held the position for more than 17 years until March 2013.

Mike Lacy attended SOWELA Technical Community College from 1990 to 1993 and studied Drafting and Design Technology/Technician. Prior to this, from 1985 to 1987, they attended McNeese State University, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
