Zhu Forest has over 18 years of work experience in HRIS and HR operations. Zhu most recently worked at Albemarle Corporation as a Senior HRIS Workday Lead APAC, where they managed HR systems and Workday annual roadmap within APAC. Prior to that, they were an HRIS Manager at TAL Australia, where they designed and drove the annual HR Solution roadmap for continuing optimizations. Zhu also has experience as a Senior Manager Regional HRIS at Adient, where they were responsible for global HR transformation projects and HRIS routine supports in APAC. Before that, they worked at Johnson Controls as an HRIS Manager, Asia, and at Unilever as an HRIS Specialist. Their early experience includes working at Intel as an HR Business Analyst.

Zhu Forest completed a Bachelor's Degree in Finance at Nanjing University from 1995 to 1999. In 2001, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Information Systems at the University of Wollongong. Following that, they obtained a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Sydney from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Zhu has obtained several certifications, including Workday Business Process in 2019, Workday Security, and Workday HCM in 2016, and Data Visualization of Business Intelligence from Perceptual Edge - Stephen Few in 2012.
