Bart van Den Heuvel

Bart van den Heuvel is an experienced professional currently serving as Directeur at Omnium Goes since August 2016, overseeing a multifunctional facility for sports, education, and recreation with approximately 60 employees. In addition, Bart holds the position of Commercieel manager at Albero Scholen, where responsibilities include governance over 26 elementary schools in central Zeeland. Bart is also involved with KNHM as a member, facilitator, and jury member for Kern met Pit. Previously, Bart worked for Omroep Zeeland from December 2002 to August 2016 in various roles including Directiesecretaris and Hoofd Mediatechniek en ICT, managing marketing and communication teams and overseeing IT operations. Early career experiences include roles as Tour Operations Manager at Sea for Yourself and Researcher/Volunteer Coordinator at Bonaire Marine Park, along with a background in construction at Marty van den Oever Staalbouw BV. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Marine Biology from the University of Groningen and additional studies in Business Administration and media production.
