Vincent Barat is the current Chief Executive Officer at Albert, a SaaS platform that focuses on Strategic Workforce Planning. Prior to this, Vincent was a Co-founder and Partner at Akoya Consulting, a strategy consulting firm specializing in human capital management. Vincent also has experience as a Professor at HEC Paris, where Vincent taught a course on Strategic People Management.
