Dianne Balon, CEC has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles, particularly in the healthcare and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President Government at Alberta Blue Cross, Dianne also has experience as a board member and chair at organizations such as Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation, Compassion House Foundation, and Lois Hole Hospital for Women. Dianne is also involved in community service through their roles at Red Deer College and United Way of the Alberta Capital Region. Dianne holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, as well as a Women's Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
