Andrea Lamy

Andrea Lamy is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Legal Manager for Transmission at AESO since May 2019, having previously held roles as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at the same organization. In addition to this position, Andrea is an Executive Committee Member of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association as of September 2023. Earlier experiences include practicing as an Associate Lawyer at Walsh LLP and Miller Thomson LLP, as well as serving as a Data Analyst at Nexen Marketing and a Research Analyst at both the Calgary Health Region and the Alberta Centre for Injury Control and Research. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Calgary, a Diploma from STEP Canada, and completed the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada In-Depth Tax Course, having earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with honors in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Alberta.
