Rob Davidson, P.Eng.

Rob Davidson, P.Eng. possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Grid Reliability - Projects and Planning at AESO since November 2017, previously holding roles such as Director of Customer Grid Access and Director of Transmission Connection Projects. Prior to AESO, Rob held the position of Manager of Design at Primary Engineering and Construction Corporation from 2014 to 2017, and Manager of Distribution and Network Planning at ENMAX from 2011 to 2014. Earlier career experiences include various managerial roles at AESO from 2004 to 2011, engineering positions at Dairyland Power Cooperative from 1999 to 2004, and at Mid-Continent Area Power Pool from 1995 to 1999. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Jamestown.
