Erin K. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational strategy. Currently, Erin serves as the Vice President of People, Culture and Learning at Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) since October 2020, focusing on aligning business strategies with human resource policies and culture initiatives. Concurrently, Erin holds the position of Vice President, Talent Development & Transformation at KurMeta Group, where engagement with HR leaders and individuals aims to address trends influencing the future of work. Previously, Erin was an Independent Board Member at Mosaic Primary Care Network, leading governance and human resources efforts. An experiential research sabbatical in 2016 allowed Erin to explore critical future work trends, while a long tenure at ENMAX included roles as Vice President of Human Resources & EHS and Corporate Secretary, responsible for governance and people strategy alignment. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Public Administration and a PhD in Political Science and Public Administration (a.b.d.) from the University of Toronto.
