Justin Dunphy

Justin Dunphy currently serves as Senior Litigation Counsel at the Alberta Securities Commission since May 2023. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Senior Enforcement Counsel at the Mutual Fund Dealers Association from July 2016 to May 2023 and worked as an Associate Lawyer at McGuigan Nelson, specializing in corporate and commercial litigation. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Lawyer at Martin Whalen Hennebury Stamp, where responsibilities included legal research and documentation, and a role as an Infantryman in the Canadian Armed Forces from October 2006 to May 2013. Justin's educational background includes a Master of Laws in Securities Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador.
