Glenn has spent the last 20 years figuring out how to grow businesses. He started his career at Saatchi & Saatchi in London and went on to work for some of the world’s most recognisable brands, like Coca-Cola, Nestle and Unilever. He’s most proud of the work he's done more recently, as an equity partner and Head Of Strategy at management consultant / ad agency Step Change. Over 5 years Step Change grew from just a handful of staff to over 30 and worked with hundreds of businesses to help them define their growth strategy and articulate their unique brand stories.

Glenn is passionate about the role of business in creating a better more sustainable world, building great brands and defining innovative growth strategies. His personal purpose is ‘to help people buy a better world’. Then there’s sailing and of course the All Blacks.
