Kasper Fisker has had a diverse work experience in the field of crime prevention and security. Kasper started their career as a Crime Prevention Coordinator at Gentofte Kommune in 2008, where they focused on project management and the development of programs to increase social capital. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Criminal Case Mediator at the Danish National Police. Kasper then joined the Danish Security and Intelligence Service (PET) in 2010, where they held the role of Senior Criminologist and Head of Psychiatric Assessment Unit. At PET, they played a pivotal role in countering radicalization and violent extremism, working closely with various actors across Denmark. In 2015, they became the Head of Office for Crime Prevention at Albertslund Kommune, where they were responsible for coordinating crime prevention efforts in the municipality. Concurrently, they also worked as a Freelance Consultant for the Preventive Security Advisory Service (PSAS), providing their expertise in the field. In 2016, they became an External Lecturer at the Danish Police Academy, and in 2014, at Professionshøjskolen Metropol - Metropolitan University College. In 2017, they took on another leadership role as the Leader of RAN LOCAL (EU) in the Radicalisation Awareness Network (RAN), facilitating the exchange of ideas and knowledge on countering radicalization and violent extremism in Europe. More recently, they have been a Member of the Regional Committee of Juvenile Delinquency at KL - Local Government Denmark. Kasper Fisker has a diverse education history.
