Cassy van Dyke

Cassy Van Dyke serves as the Sr. Director of Talent Management & Leadership Development at Albertsons Companies, overseeing enterprise-wide talent management and leadership development initiatives since August 2021. Previously, Cassy held various leadership roles, including Sr. Director of Human Resources for the Tech & Engineering function and Sr. Director roles in Leadership Development & Continuous Listening and Executive Development at McKesson and Tenet Healthcare, respectively. With extensive experience at Lockheed Martin and American Family Insurance focusing on talent management and organizational effectiveness, Cassy also contributed to the Greater Madison Area Society for Human Resource Management as Past President. Cassy holds a Business Management degree from Upper Iowa University and an MBA from the University of North Texas G. Brint Ryan College of Business.
